Looks like John Carmack and a team of people are working on a rocket in an attempt to win the X-Prize($10 million to whoever can make the first privately-made manned spacecraft). I'm surprised John got into Aerospace Engineering, but that seems like his new interest lately. Check out this test launch of a rocket they built:
Now that thing can bounce!
That was one hell of a crash XD. But Mr. Carmack's got plenty of money to spend on making more of these, so it shouldn't be much of a setback. ;)

So, how's life in the bottle been, anyways? I always take daytrips there, myself, but I couldn't imagine actually living there. The rent's too high and my liver is too weak.

I understand that Pharmaceuticals are drugs and all, but their recreational use just seems so... lame!
