Ehe, that actually wouldn't be *that* hard to add, you just get an image, check if it's within a good size and good filetype (say 105x150, and jpg/png/gif), and upload it as [username].[ext].

I suggested the standards of most message boards I go to. But yeah, LiveJournal has an imagesize max of 100x100, don't know the filesize max.
