Technetium

That was the last TV show I was ever interested in watching and the bastards cancelled it.

Well, I don't know anything about that show, and I'm sure that sucks that it was cancelled, but in case anyone is wondering, here are some other, awesome, worthwhile shows on television:

Sopranos
Deadwood
Curb Your Enthusiasm
X-Play
Chapelle's Show

That's it.

Not surprisingly, I don't know what this show is.

And talking about good TV, what about Smallville? Or Dr. Vegas?

The question is, am I serious, or only joking?

...I actually like Dr. Vegas.

Okay, for you not-knowers: It was cancelled 11 shows in by Fox, and sold so well in DVDs that Universal bought the movie rights from Fox and has already finished filming the movie.

...that should tell you something.

Also, go to amazon and buy the series right now.

Grue's right, Firefly was pure genius. It hasn't been shown on terrestrial TV yet in England but the sattelite and cable channels got it. I bought the DVD and I'm fairly sure it was Mcgrue who suggested I do so.

Firefly is so utterly ace that even the housemates I live with who're not even remotely into sci-fi absolutely loved it.

In the loosest terms, Firefly is a sci-fi western with a hint of Blake's 7.

Everyone must see this show. And the movie. Five months?! I'll go MAD before then.

Re-read the article. More like 10 months now.

I meant five months more than I already have to wait. April would have been FINE for me: I can wait that long.. but SEPTEMBER?! WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Firefly is indeed, top tits.

I'm gonna take an dissenting view and say that if a September launch means its more of a financial success == greater chance of there being more movies or the show being revived, I'm all for it. Waiting sucks, but time flies too fast anyway for me these days...
