I donate the following tiles to anyone who wants to put them to good use. (They are 320 pixels wide so that when MapEd imports them each row in the image takes up exactly one row in the tile view.)
(and here's a repost with Verge transparency -- there's a reason I don't use this as a background color when I draw):
I was primarily bored, and wanted to practice drawing tilesets. I'm actually fairly impressed with how these turned out. So evidently, my new method of drawing tilesets works pretty well.
I might post more another day. But for now, enjoy some completed pretty grass tiles, a cute water tile, and some whirly desert sand (which you should paint in a checkboard pattern to get it to tile nice).
If you use these, please credit me. Other than that, go nuts!
I might use my art in a game later, but for now I'm giving it away to someone with better use of spare time than me.
If you ask nice, I can tell you how you can make your own colorful and nice-tiling tilesets!
EDIT: Fixed a problem with a the water tiling. I somehow replaced a bunch of pixels on the right side of it unintentionally.
