Well I doubt anyone visits this board that doesn't also visit tvs, but here's the spill again just in case.

It's about time we had another HoV contest and this one's going to be a bit different. Any game engine is going to be allowed. We're trying to get those pesky Sphere, Ika, and whoever else who wants in on this involved. You can even use say Allegro if you were so inclined. For more details visit:
