Alright here's the deal... i've created about 3 or 4 working battle systems in my day. I haven't liked any of them enough to actually put them in my game though. So what i was thinking of doing is taking one of them and making them a sort of template for vergers where they could put in their own names for the abilities and what-not, but not have to worry about coding a whole new battle-system... So my question is... does anybody think this is actually worth doing? The battle-system will be in v2, and it will be very simple... And i can't make any garauntees that it will happen...

nah, let them do the work :P. I have found that newbies learn more from frustration and lots of head-to-desk contact (personal experience). I doubt any more than 2 people will use the system because they will have to form there game around it's style. So create it just for your game, and if they want it bad enough, they'll steal the source :)

Actually, I don't know where to get either. In fact, I'm not sure of the names of either. I just know that Zara made one, prolly EZV2, and Bump made one, something like Sully Pi but it might have a different name.

I don't remember if either were good, but they're done.
