ahh, you double posted and suckered me into going to your site again. oh well, can't say no to a girl in a bikini, although I have my reservations about this one. um..... draw faces more. otherwise, pretty nice, can't be to critical here, I'm pretty awful at cg ( as of now, mwa ha ha ha). keep it up eh?

That's the type of thing that makes a guy masturbate vigorously (jokes jokes)

But with that said. Not bad, consider using a program with a smoothing option for a more professional look.

I've yet to see a program that does anything decently... any suggestions?

I'm no artist, but one thing I do know is that you could draw it BIG, then scale it down when you're done. Any decent paint program will antialias it for you.

Speak not of your nighttime charades with the garden hose, knave!

As for smoothing, PSP and Adobe PS both have decent softening and blurring options, and in PS you can select a really specific area, like just the outline, and give it a nice "smoothing blur."

That is all.

We don't need better engines, we need better creation tools!

I speak of something different.

IF anyone has used flash, then you probably used the pencil tool, there's 3 smoothing options. Strong to Weak.
But generally the tool Curves your lines more to you can't see the err bumpyness. Like is you used a compass to draw the curves. That's what the smoothing option does.

The problem there, tho, is that Flash is a completely different thing than CGing a drawn pic. Things you make with flash are vector based - they don't contain pixel data, but instructions on how to make the image. It's much, much tougher to do the same effect on pixel based image.

Right--you can't smooth if it's not a vector. And a sketch is anything but.

Really, the only option is to retrace everything with vectors, or to ink. And I'm not a confidant inker yet (you screw up, you've ruined the drawing. Yikes).

I hate when the entire community is stricken with the innability to come up with an original topic.
