All the programs... .cfg, .vc, etc. I can't open... it asks what program I would like to use to open them and I don't know what to pick... just notepad... or what?

I'm trying to learn this crap and I'm starting to get it...

.cfg and .vc aren't "programs", they're "files". It might help to know this when you ask questions in the future.
