As far as I can see, VO will never be made simply because of the amount of coding that would have to be done. Music people can always be replaced, artists too, as much as that hurts me to say, but with code it is too easy to want to start over, rather than continue someone's work. This is how it seems to me though. I could never continue work on someone else's code simply because I could never figure out where they were going with some of it, and other times, rarely because I thought I could do better. Some would argue the same about art and music, but coding seems alot more difficult to me I'm afraid.

While I admit, working in a team can really grind a person's nerves, a project like VO really needs a strong leader, as previously posted. And of course this leader will have to be a coder that was very interested in the project. I'm not going to claim to know all the troubles that comes with being leader of such a project, but it really seems that finishing a project like this has to pertain to the leader's interest in the project. If I really wanted to finish a project, I would unless there was some personal issues that were obviously more important. Real life comes first.
