sorry about the wait, I've been off the boards for a while apparently. concerning your chr. :
overall, nothing offends my eyesight, everything is there, it's not how I do my chr's but that's purely a matter of style, a few nitpicky things however...
her legs do a weird dislocated knee thing ( i.e. herouter thigh goes straight up, but her iner thigh slants outward. quite un-natural. also, her arms are quite short, but that could be stlye also, maybe they just look short becaue her shoulder guards ( whatever ) are so big. which isn't bad either. it accents the clothing, what most people recognise characters for. she looks somewhat pudgey due to the nearly straight up and down figure and the shading around the navel/skirt line. I'm a big "no black outline" person (invic pointed that out earlier) follow his/my advice about shading to a darker color towards the edges. looks like you allready did that and then put an outline on it. have you tried taking it off and seing how it looks? last point, her arms fall un-naturaly.....blah, I do that too :0)
admitedly, your character has aspects that I would like to emulate in my characters, i.e. the way you never have an area of solid color, everything is allways shading. whille this makes for high quality royal palace guards, it makes for excurciatingly painfull animations. as long as you can animate it well, I have no real problems. keep up the good work.
ps, thanks for the compliment. nice to know I'm thought of as good for something around here.
also, I don't post my work for two reasons,
1. I'm never done with my work because I'm never satisfied with my work.
and
2. I don't have any web space.
I plan on fixing all of that soon.
