um...er...I'm not exactly certain what you're asking...

First of all, it depends on the version. The more recent the version, the more OO it is in general. Also, the compiler used to compile the engine/VCC depends, again, on the version. It's been compiled under DJGPP, Watcom and MinG. However, I think that there may have only been one version that you could actually compile on either DJGPP or Watcom, but I'm not sure...

Again, I can't figure out what you're asking...

ok, what i mean is the percentage of the coding, such as stuff like can i use all of the C++ commands like COUT? or you know like is it COMPLETELY COMPATIBLE with all C++ coding?? and stuff like that... BTW, did the creators (VECNA ohh mighty one!!) put STRUCT SUPPORT IN??

v2 does not try to be compatible with any other language; that is not its purpose. It does use C/C++'s syntax, but it doesn't try to emulate the functions contained in the libraries distributed with C++ compiles. v2 does not support all of C/C++'s data types (and it never will.) v2 does not support all of C's operators (most of which will be implemented at a later date.) v2 does not support many things that C/C++ do. While some would do you good, most would have no purpose. What good would 'cout' do you in V2 anyway?

At the moment, v2 does not have struct support. However, at a future date it will have some sort of combination of struct/class support. No, the syntax will not be exactly the same as C and C++. This is because v2 is not trying to BE C or C++, it's trying to be a game creation engine with a powerful but limited scripting language.

VCC 2.5 Beta 7 supports a limited form of structs...

But that's the closest to OOP that verge has gotten...
