code debugging practice is just what I need. Literally.

i just noticed I got the attachment. Don't check my email too often. Just in case you were wondering why I didn't say anything.

I can't actually run it. It uses DOS verge. I'm going to try and reconfigure it to work under Winverge2. A few things though. First of all, Hatchet's pixel movement is great pixel movement, as far as I know, but it depends on a few things, like, for example, all the frame animation sets and delays are hardcoded, so your sprites need to meet these standards. Also, it calls your events in an incredibly strange way (try placing a zone event in your event code before an entity event.) It will call the zone event first! It isn't able to distinguish between events, so maybe it's calling the wrong one. I don't know how to mess with his pixel movement though, I'm trying to make one of my own. Also, intro.vc is for intro.map, right? Where is the actualy introduction code, or have you gotten to it yet?

anyway, it'll be a bit before I can run your game on my PC. I've got XP. Curses.
