It includes a basic window system, predefined textbox, customizable borders (with two included), options and external settings file, hookretrace handler (a little more snazzy than v2.7's builtin), a few miscellaneous graphics functions that I haven't actually used yet, and FULL DOCUMENTATION.

You will need an existing installation of v2.7 to import the package into if you want to test-run it, though. I did that to keep the file size down. (It's only ~58k!)
