Some people thought that you needed NT4/2K/XP to develop v3/C# games, but after testing in a clean 98 VMware install with just the 20meg runtime download, it works fine, compiling and all.

Now, it will not work in 95 as the runtime needs at least 98. but oh freakin well. Get 98 you stupid hippies!

Just in case the hippies weren't aware, that'd be Win98 OSR2 or higher. Just run a lot of windows updates after any fresh install, and you'll have what is known in your hippie vernacular as "A good trip".
