I just posted this on the Verge Source. I 'll post it here again for the sake of reaching everyone..

"Two days ago Arias has notified me that he will leave the internet for a long time from this Sunday on (we're talking about
years here, there's little he can do about this so there's noone to blame..). He also asked me if I wanted to fully manage the
Expo.

I accepted, since I don't want this Verge Expo to die out like all preceding ones. But hell, I did not expect this at all. Until two
days ago, I was working hard on The Shiny Sword version 0.5 to get it done for the....well, the Expo.I'm well on my way with
that, but I still have to make and finish several maps including quests and the whole stuff.

The Expo would be starting end november, begin december. I seriously doubt I can make that, since I need to both
reconstruct the site (It's made in Composer, so the source is verrry messy) and organize the Expo.

I don't know what to say what to think or what to do, I just feel crappy about the whole thing. I felt I had to mention it though,
as it is quite important for many people. I will give this some more thought,a good rest and a little time and then I return for
my "battle plan".

Finally to all the participants in the projects. I will be getting all your emails to arias soon, so that will be arranged. I would
appreciate it if you would send any future e-mails to devlyn@zonnet.nl though...

Thanks for your time,

-Devlyn"

I'm sure that there are plenty of us, including me, that would not want to see this Verge Expo die out. If you want, I, and perhaps a few other volunteers, could help out. Maybe that may help you or make things a little complex, since you probably don't trust me or anything (^_^), but it's just a goodwill gesture. It's Thanksgiving in the US right now, after all. ^_^

This Expo will NOT die no matter what.. I've already got most of the essentials settled down.. a webpage design, developers and of course, the person to succeed me :D, Devyln ^_^. Dev, I've sent a message through ICQ noting about the reconstruction of the HTML, so that'll relieve you of plenty of stress.. :)

For all the other people.. I apologise for this sudden notice, I wasn't well-informed on this issue.. Now that I have to leave the scene for some time, and leave the Expo behind, I'm a little disappointed I can't stay back to see my dreams fulfilled. At least I know they're in good hands :)

Better to have a good Expo a little late than a bad one on time. Glad to know that, despite Arias' impending mysterious diappearance, the Expo will go on!

I will be mailing all the current participants about the "revised battle plan".

What is most important is that I will allow everyone to create her own section.
In a real Expo you'll have to create your own 'stand', so why not in this one?

I will create some templates soon, but you don't have to use the template if you don't want to.

There is a whole heap of things, but you'll receive them in your mailbox. Don't want to announce everything twice 8)

I was already getting worried that we couldn't make it
before the Expo starts! Now we can, so this is a good delay
for us. This also means that the second chapter of TCoD
will be delayed a bit, we'll release it a few days after
the Expo, and definitely before the end of the year.

Okay, now I can sleep again...

That's good, because I really enjoyed playing the 1st chapter of your game. I'd suggest, though, getting a slower computer to test it on. It pagefaulted several times on mine, and I couldn't continue the game because it pagefaulted when I reached a certain note. I have a P2 450, with 64 megs of ram, if you care.

Yeah, I understand the likes of Quantum Physics and Molecular Theory. What's the point? I just need you to tie my shoes.

Well, I don't know which version you've played, but the latest
version that we released some time ago works fine with my
own computer, which runs on 533Mhz with 64MB RAM. However,
we'll release another version in the Expo, cause we've made
some changes to the battlesystem, and we'll make sure it runs
fine on my computer.

Gah, stupid topic limit. I noticed a patch on tVS, and that might fix it.

...but that's really not the latest version, the new one is
on our website, it has better graphics and so, but as I said,
the final version will be released in the Expo.

The patch on tVS fixes most problems tho.
