When I run VERGE, all the colors are screwed. What did I do wrong? (It's been a while since I've used VERGE2 and I forgot how I fixed this!)

I did what I was supposed to, and did the UNTITLED.PCX screenshot, and got the verge2 palette from MapEdit. And I re-did my fnt with the PCX2FNT with the example font. and I did TRANS with VERGE.PDF. and of course, did the panel.gif with the verge pallet and corect size. I still got screwed up colors. This is pissing me up!
