I try to run the games using both the executables that came with the game and the ones I downloaded from here, I piped my error output and this is what I get:

btw: I run XP-Pro not sure if that makes a differences or not though. Any help would be appreciated, I have tried multiple games. Same thing always.

Any DOS based Verge doesn't run on XP. But at least you got an error message, I didn't even get that; mine just came on and shut off.
