Hello, all. How is everyone? Has anyone else been having problems with the Verge Source board? Whenever I try to post, it says that I'm not logged in (despite the fact that I am). I then click the link to log in and, after typing in my password and all, it returns me to the "not-logged-in" page. Weird, huh?
Also, I have a question about VERGE2 itself; is there a built-in way to delete, destroy, or otherwise get rid of entities? Yes, I looked through the VergeC.txt before I came here. Does anyone know of a way or will I have to try to write a function to do it? Thank you.

Well, I don't know about the first question, but I think i know the second one: NO. You can't delete entities. The best you can do is hide them by changing their coordinates.
I hope that helped. ^_^

YES, there is a way to delete entities in V2, you just simply do this... put your cursor over the entity/ies, you want to delete, then you just hi delete, back space, and there is another option, hit esc, layers, destroyer and select entities and ok, BUT that will destroy all entities!

Well, I'm fine anyways. Been working quite a bit on my game and 'da Shinnig Source...
I didn't have that problem at Tvs, but try disabling your proxy server, if you have any...

Thanks for the tip. I'll have to try that. Good luck with your game.

Yeah, thanks. tSB said that he'll try to implement such a command in a later version of VERGE (it's evidently among many other commands on the "wanted" list). Also, you mean by changing coordinates to use the entity.tx and entity.ty variables, right? There's no other way I'm missing? I tried something like that once (with V2+i), and I got an error about something on "chunk 1" and "suffix error". Then again, I was using "player" (without the quotes) as the array argument. I'll have to try it with something else, I guess...

Thanks for the suggestion, but I sort of meant destroying entities within a script (i.e., while the game is being played). I'm sorry; I should have been more specific. Thank you for the input, though.

Thank you. Was I descriptive enough to help you a bit? I could try to give you better details, if you would like.
