Me, again, I've just been reading the fundamentals again, and I think this is my problem- I have downloaded the V210_27.zip file instead of the V2A5_12.ZIP flie. Mainly because I can't find it. And then it tells me to download some other files that I can;t find either. Help?

If you need the secondary utilites it says in the fundamentals, don't bother. They're not needed and/or useless. You only really need MapEd.exe, vcc.exe, and Verge.exe.
The rest of the files should be here though:
