I can code, and I have some experience with VergeC, I can do a lot in VERGE1 and I could easily work in V2 as well. I am a writer if you want any help with idea's. I can do some basic sprite work and I can do maps pretty well to, at least tile based ones. Anyone who's interested in having a new member of their dev team please respond.
I would like to see first hand how some of the projects out there are doing and I would like to help a person or group who have only a few helpers cause I remember what it was like trying to make a game by myself and it was really hard... Thanks to any one who responds.

Me and auroraborealisis are designing an RPG tentatively titled "Omega" which features multiple worlds and a complex cosmic system, which translates into "lots of coolness."
We've already got a lot of plot and character work done, as well as defining some core gameplay mechanics such as battle systems.
Areas we could use some help in are:
MAPS - Art and design. We're leaning toward more "flowing" maps, i.e. like Legend of Mana or FFVII, rather than strictly tile-based maps.
MUSIC - We want an original soundtrack. We can both track some, but a dedicated composer with some real talent would be a godsend.
ART - Special effects such as spells, environmental effects like weather, dust, etc., and maybe some creature/monster designs and animations. Auroraborealisis is a master character artist, so he's pretty much heading up all character design. If you were interested in this you'd have to let him see what you can do.
We plan on building this game in a proprietary engine, not in Verge.
E-mail me (invicticide@yahoo.com) if you're interested, and send or point me to some samples of what you can do!
That is all.
