Hmmmm. . . this is kind of weird. I mean, Verge 2.7 not actually being Verge anymore. Strange. If I may, might I suggest keeping Verge in the name somehow? Maybe "ika Verge" or something? It's not that I don't like your name, it's just that it would be kind of strange (and yes, kind of sad too) that something which has been such a big part of Verge were no longer associated with even the name. Maybe I'm just a sentimental fool, but I can't help myself sometimes.

i would have suggested Converge. its different enough to not confuse newbies, yet similar enough to not hurt feelings... and has meaning. 2.7 and "real" versions of verge share the same basic idea and point... converge: to come to a common point. which is what 2.7 does. :oP
ika is cute though.
