Is it possible to make a fully functional game with out chr's?

Yeah, of course. Just use CopySprite and all the rest and code your own movement functions and things. I've done it myself and I've seen plenty of people do it when the grid-type, overhead, RPG style hasnt worked for them.

Yeah, and for some good resources try getting Casino at TVS, and um, a game somewhere out there called "Who Wants To Be a Millionare (VERGE)
