...And I really don't have anything bad to say. I thought that Verge without vc would really suck, but it really looks like it works quite well. The newest beta even ran the first time I tried it, while most of the other betas didn't even run at all. I'm really impressed with this newest work. Now you guys are going to make me learn python. :) Now if we can just get truetype font support and mpeg movies... but even if those never make it, I'm quite satisfied with what there is now. It's been over 2 years since I've been inspired to try to make something with verge, and I think I'm beginning to see what made me like verge in the first place again - the power and flexibility to create something really cool.

Only one problem with mpeg support, There isn't much programs that will compress in mpeg (freeware anyway)
Avi compression not a prog. DivX support would be a bonus.
