How do I make one layer on maps hold still while the others move?
For instance, say I wanted to have a still picture of some mountains in the background when you're walking on a mountain path. How would I do that?
While I'm at it, how would you make the layer scroll separately, like a fog layer?
Words cannot express what I'm feeling right now. I prefer...INTERPRETIVE DANCE! -Titus

Go to the layers - edit layers and change the values for paralax. Putting a number in the x/y divisors slow the layer in the slected axis, while putting it in a multiplier speeds it up. If you put in a really high divisor, it would slow down a lot, but not completely stop.
