Hi, I'm just starting Verge and stuff and I'm pretty good with the computer and stuff too. Anyway if the tutorial it says how I need a user.cfg for Verge to run. Well *sniffle* I don't know how to make a .cfg file. With all to respect to aen for his work with the tuttorials, that part with the .cfg info just isn't telling me anything that I would know how to do. So please reply telling me how to make my user.cfg file.
Thanks for your info in advance

It's really just a list of parameters of what you want your game to have. here's mine:
------begin....
xres 320
yres 240
appname 8-way Tile Movement Tech Demo [By Omni]
eagle 0
windowmode 0
nosound 1
end
-------end...
Some of these, like xres, yres, appname, eagle, windowmode, and nosound, are options specifically for Windows Verge2 only. Aen's tutorial lists those that work with DOS Verge. End your user.cfg's with a "end" line.
By the way, you make them with notepad, duh :) Just save it as a txt and then rename it to "user.cfg."
Hope that helps!
It is not wrong to not understand, for we are all ignorant, but neither is understanding pointless.
