Ok, I have a song I want to use for my game, and I wanna say like change the violen part to like so I can have sound like a guitar so I can like make a metal remix of a song and I was wondering how would I go about doing that and what programs would I need?

You'd need a mod tracker for that. You'd also need an appropriate sample (.wav file) that can replace the violen.
www.modplug.com has a mod tracker (last time I checked anyways). I've never really used it before though, so you might need to read the docs for it.
TheGerf, not just any gerf.

If you can find it, ScreamTracker 3.2 is really good too, though it's an older DOS-based program that doesn't EVER run properly under Windows OSes. :(

Go to www.modplug.com and download the latest version of the ModPlug Tracker. It's free, and as far as I can tell, it's not shareware! =)
There's also a link to a good tutorial for familiarizing yourself with the interface. Go there. MP isn't too complex, but do yourself a favor and learn it the right way from the get go.
Before you start remixing your song, try building some other songs from scratch first, and get a feel for both how the program works and how to track a good song. You'll also develop your "style" this way.
Once you feel confident in your tracking ability, remix the song. You very likely will NOT be able to convert the violin sample directly to a guitar. You will at least have to octave it up or down, and most likely you'll need to actually retrack the channel(s) to make it sound like a guitar (i.e. pluck, fret, and strum sounds).
Unfortunately, tracking is not something you can easily dive into. Good tracking takes lots of practice, just like anything else. Stick with it, though, and it becomes one of the more rewarding hobbies you'll ever have.
Good luck!
That is all.
