Hello, I'm a total newbie to VERGE. I recently downloaded VERGE 2.0 and I would appreciate some help in using it. I know how to program in C++, and VERGE seems like a great C++ interface. If someone could help me getting started in its basic functions and showing me how to create a simple sample program, it would be most appreciated. My AIM screen name is "z Ciro z" and my ICQ is 95323077. I'm usually using only AIM, so if you're willing to help me, you'll have better luck finding me there. Once again, VERGE looks like a great engine for what I have in mind, and if I could get a little bit of assistance, I plan to become a competent VERGE programmer.

I suggest running through the first three tutorials in the tutorials section. They are geared towards learning how to use verge. If you have any questions in particular about them, filfre to mail me.

Hope that helps,

Well, at least in my opinion... Head on over to the Verge Source (the link's on the left above the LOGIN section) and head over to the ample articles section.

There you can find tutorials, documentation, and just general coolness. Also, scope out the article on getting on IRC and while your at tVS check out the huge library of code in the Files section.

As much as I would like to offer you guidance to somewhere on THIS site, I am afraid that it just doesn't have enough to offer (yet!)

Enjoy! and Good Luck!

Read Praetor's post below, go to the Verge Source, and you should find an article on getting to IRC (Internet Relay Chat). Please follow the directions to be able to get live help on VC.

Yeah, I understand the likes of Quantum Physics and Molecular Theory. What's the point? I just need you to tie my shoes.

Ben McGraw's lovingly crafted this website from scratch for years.
It's a lot prettier this go around because of Jon Wofford.
