Hey. This is a wee bit off-topic, but I thought some of you might be interested.

If you scroll down in the message list, I posted some info on the Japanese Playstation RPG "Popolocrois II", which is my current favorite game, as the final message in a chain of responses originating from a question about WAV files.

Well, I thought some of you may be interested to know that the fourth game in the Popolocrois series (Popolocrois Story, Poporogue, and Popolocrois Story II) is coming out soon for Playstation 2. It's called "Popolocrois Monogatari III: Hajimari no Bouken" (Popolocrois Story III: The First Adventure), and takes place 15 years after Popolo2, starring a child named Pinon, the son of Pietoro and Narcia (the two main characters of Popolo2).

Here's a website where you can find out info about it AND check out a streaming RM gameplay demo (if you trace it back far enough, you can locate the non-streaming one... just load the streaming one into Notepad and do some copying and pasting)... the game looks friggin' AWESOME, and I want it I want it I want it. (: Here's the link:

Seriously, check out the RM of the game on here... it's SOOOOOOOOOO incredible-looking, and the characters are soooooo cute! (:

Also, you might be interested in checking out another game that's gonna be released soon in Japan. It's a PS2 RPG called "Boku to Maou" (The Wizard King and I) that looks somewhat Nightmare-Before-Christmas-ish... Popolo3 looks cooler, but this too looks really neat, and once again, you can download a gameplay trailer from the site (this time, you can download a MOV). It's all here:

Do check out these movie files, and I hope I've now whetted all of your appetites for Popolocrois 3, which promises to be one of the best RPGs of all time (read my review of Popolo2 in the message further down -- you'll drool over the awesomeness that is Popolocrois. (:

Enjoy!
-Tom
