Just a fancy name for "Beta 12" maybe, but whatever.
* Fixed all known memory leaks
* Fixed graphical issues with WinMapEd. Selection rectangle should render properly.
* Pasting on a map while no tiles were in the clipboard would crash the editor. No longer.
* Other fixes and such whose exact nature is lost to time because I'm so tragically disorganized.
The release zip is now a little testbox that I whipped up for the sake of documenting things. I decided to try a little something new, so I just typed out what I did as I did it. The #vchelpers thought it was decent, so I hope it helps y'all get started.

It turned out to be something quite different, actually. Some internal flags weren't being set properly before, so the engine thought there was no map at all loaded, and thus it didn't render.
Fixed. :)
