A: I updated SIPSI (to black theme)
B: I finished my 48HOV!

I have decided to take back up sipsi's old fall through game, Time WArp Z, I will be making it in V2.6 for numerous reasons. But I am making GREAT advancements in story, gamepleay and etc.

You sure you only want 16x16 chrs? If you are in 320x200, this is fine, but in higher resolutions you should double or triple the size.
640x400: 32x32
640x480: 32x32
800x600: 48x48
1024x768: 64x64
