I need semi accurate collision detection. It needs to be more accurate than squares anyway. i was wondering if flat polygons would be the way to go. It should be faster than using pixels. I'm just wondering if it would be a good idea. And also if it would be fast enough in verge. Maybe comparing only entities on screen for collision. because i don't care about any of the other entities.
Oh and also... maped seems to be ignoring the alpha channel and changes it to either black or white depending on the level. I've only been using one layer lately so maybe it has something to do with that.
that's all i can think of at the moment.

Bounding box detection is as fast as you can get. If it isn't accurate enough, make the bouding box smaller. ;)
