*chuckle* I guess I've been way out of the picture for... many months now... Things have seemingly certainly changed around here, but that's not the issue here... I've been recieving some e-mails once again asking about TQFA, and here it finally is, the third chapter is now released.
The new site for TQFA can be found at (http://koti.mbnet.fi/~mayday/tqfa), thanks alot guys, *g* It's hardly presentable as it is, but hey, at least you can get the demo there, isn't that what matters...?
Anyway--- have fun or not, I must really be heading to work now...
(in desperate need of a vacation...)

This is quite a surprise. A new TQFA demo! Finally, the silence in the community has been shattered.

how long are the three chapters? I played to the point where you get up in the night and leave town, running from the minotaurs, is it longer than that? verge quit after that sequence.

Violence is not a strength, compasion is not a weakness.

I switched to win2k recently (it rules!) so I can't run DOS v1.
To make things even better, vecna's v1 port doesn't work quite right fullscreen. I'll have to add windowed rendering to it, before soaking up the goodness that is TQFA.

Much much longer...
I hope I have my old TQFA save and it works.
So far, I liked all of TQFA but my absolute favorite part is when they kill the evil Dark Elf prince because it is sooooo malciously evil. I'm sorry but the rest of the game is all normal and stuff but at the point all the party members are like, "HOLD HIS HANDS AND POUR THE POISON DOWN HIS THROAT!" It was really evil and funny.
Companions the creator seeks, not corpses, not herds and believers. Fellow creators the creator seeks--those who write new values on new tablets. Companions the creator seeks, and fellow harvesters; for everything about him is ripe for the harvest.

is there a way to skip the journal entries? heh. im sorry but they really bother me. if they cant be skipped maybe you could make that an option in future releases.. or at least make the text scroll faster. :o/
just my $0.02 of probably unwanted constructive criticism.
