If I was to say that I had made a game, and (as has happened to alot of us) it was deleted when I had to reformat my HD, I was stuck with a basic outline of the game on a small floppy disc that I found in my "stuff" box, you know, the crap you can't throw away, but don't want to have laying around.
Well, I want to continue making the game, I made a site for it, its not the best, so I am making a cleaner, less 'plot' based web page, and stuff such as that.

So I was wondering if in all seriousness, how many of you would be interested in the making of an open verge game, anyone can do any of the things needed, and they are not binded to it by their first child, I just want to get the game back on track, with some new things, that might get some of us amazed again, I just need to know if theres any hope for an open verge project, or should I just bury it.

If I get alot of people replying saying they will help, I will post the url, it isn't a masterpiece of web pagedom, but its functional, and you all can start helping.
For some of the newer people might think I'm just a guy that found the page, and is not willing to learn how to program, I've been around for years (about 2 or 3ish) but I am one of those people that are never happy with what they program, so most of my demos were just stuck in a folder, and I let my stoner friends play it, and thats about it.
I will be programming. and doing alot of the work myself, I just need other people to help me for my shortcomings (I have horrible math skills)

So yet again, I just need to know how successful you think such a thing will be, and has anyone done it before?
