I doubt many here will remember me: I'm that USRPG guy. For some weird reason, I thought I'd just drop by this site and see what's been going on.

Seems that the "VERGE club" has grown a lot smaller since I last saw it. But that's a good thing, right? Weeding out the weak and whatnot. ^_-

Man... I don't recognize any of the games on file... I recall when Fantasy Realms was a big hit. Revelation was new then too, IIRC. Still, its nice to see the place is still here and much spiffier.

I wonder where everyone I used to see visit here daily have gone...

More like weeding out EVERYONE. Everyone who wanted to make a game did so in one form or another pretty much. Except for the "big" ones you mentioned at the bottom like Fantasy Realms and Revelation which never went anywhere at all (SO SURPRISED).

Anyhow, the vergesource is the only remotely active board. #verge on irc is somewhat chatty every now and then. Alot of vergers left to become ika users with the GREAT V2.7 CONTROVERSY OF CRAP and there seems to be a whole lot of sphere users as well.

At any rate, go on irc, nobody uses the boards. #verge #ika #sphere

lol, I just jumped in after a looong absence myself:P(still don't know my password for the original "sabernet" account...)

man, I still have copies of Nexus Quest and God's Destiny on my harddrive:P(as well as Naflign's unfinished PS4 battle system clone, I feel sorta bad, I told him I would finish it...i did iron out some bugs, though, if I remember...man...so long ago)

You must upload them to tvs! I lost all the really really old verge files I had. :(

I plundered clepto's massive verge file repository back when it was online. I'll bug lore and see if he can get them on v-rpg. It'd be funny to see the files section here go from 12 files total to 130 overnight.

Ben McGraw's lovingly crafted this website from scratch for years.
It's a lot prettier this go around because of Jon Wofford.
Verge-rpg.com is a member of the lunarnet irc network, and would like to take this opportunity to remind you that regardless how babies taste, it is wrong to eat them.
