Those are for DOS v2 user.cfg.
In the winv2 zip, there is a list of winv2 user.cfg commands in the readme.txt.
Stuff like paranoid, arraycheck (I still have to look into this to see if there's a bug) is all described in there, as well as a slightly different format than the dos v2 user.cfg, eg:
xres 320
yres 240
windowmode 0
nosound 0
eagle 0
paranoid 1
arraycheck 0
etc.
