I'm wondering how hard it would be to add a vertical retrace wait function to verge... IMHO it would be very useful. Just thought I'd put that idea out there... maybe someone already thought of it...

Too low level. :)

v2.7 already waits for vsync before page flipping, by default. (it's built into directx)

Very good job [Ear], it's helping me out a lot :) Here are two errors I noticed from my overview of the functions I actual used (meaning there might be errors in other documentation):

1) Ellipse method has the Rect method's documentation.
2) ClipMouse says x2 and y2 are lower-left coordinates-shouldn't that be lower-right?

It would be very cool if this was made into a compiled html file and distributed with the final release of V2.7. If you need help compiling I have one.
