You know how mythrill did his page, you know, silo 1 with the everstay outside and all of the link thingies come up in the middle, or in the artist shrine where they have the moveable frame of the links that stays there???

ok here is my prob, I was trying to redo sipsi, and i made a link frame, BUt!@!@!@! whenever I clicked on the link bars links, the frame would show the new page and then there would be a new frame within that.. here to be better under stood...

|||KKKKKKK ok here is the frames, |= the link frame
|||KKKKKKK and K= the main frame...
|||KKKKKKK whenever I click on my link frame
to summon a new main frame... it gets messed up like so..

|KK|||OOOOOOO ok O= old frame that WAS veiwed
|KK|||OOOOOOO ||= link frame
|KK|||OOOOOOO KK= new frame of link clicked..

so now i have 4 frames, 2 link frames, and an old frame and a new frame...

I hope i explained good enough....

Put target=(name of frame) inside the link. Example:
If your main frame is called "main", use
<a href="page.html" target="main">
Or you could do this instead: put this in the header of the link page:
<base target="main">
