Whats up with chrMaker, anyway?

First off, chrMaker keeps asking for the name of the pcx plus pcx added to the end of the name. For instance, it asks for vecna.pcxpcx. Why is this? Btw, the entry in the makefile says "pcxfile=vecna;" so there shouldnt be a problem...

Also, is there a way to export a chr as a pcx file in the same format as you feed them into chrMaker?

You have to run it at the DOS prompt. For some reason, it does funny things when you use the Run dialog, or the explorer with it. @_@
