I understand that we are all waiting for Verge 3 to come out to make games, and as such theres hardly anything happening right now, but I'm starting to get the idea that TVS is like the crazy ex-girlfriend to the community, sure, shes cute, and she's willing to do anything for you, but you know deep down inside shes a nut job....
To put it bluntly, why is it when stuff slows down, TVS is the first to leave us sitting there, usually with a white screen either blaming us, or calling us names.
THERE IS PROBABLY a reason for TVS to be down, but its not saying, so why don't we start working on updating V-RPG, because right now I can't download shit from vergesource, and Verge-rpg has nothing to download, so theres nothing out there, and we are suposed to make games like this?
why hasn't there been any V3 updates?
Why is everything so quiet?
and why are all the good 3d game makers so damned expensive?
those are some questions I am asking, is V3 like VO, something that they are working on until it gets perfect, or until they start another project?
I'm not trying to start anything, except maybe some posting.
I think that if you want games to be made you must make files accessable for download, you must keep people informed on V3, how far is it from being complete, I'm not asking for a release date, but I think that if Verge-rpg was updated with some files and some news on wiether or not V3 will be released next week, next month, or next year, then it will make it easier.
I don't want to start making a game and then have V3 come out right when I start on the coding, if we have like 3 months tell us, 5 month, tell us, because we are all waiting for it.
Eh, I honestly think I can pump out atleast a demo using all the code on my computer, but it would be really nice if I knew when everythings going to change
in short
* We need files on Verge-rpg
* We need updates about V3
* TVS is a crazy ex-girlfriend that we keep around because she gives us something to talk about, and so we can fondle her breasts every once in awhile ~_^
* We're quite because your quite
* Noone likes being called names... Ya little Bitch
* and why are the good 3d game makers so damned expensive, all I'm interested is maybe a full version of Dark Basic, or the newest version of 3drad, nothing big, but I don't have the money, and I can't find any less legal versions of it on KaZaA.

I agree. More content should be on v-rpg, definately. If people could submit, (not that I know how) then it would be great. But then, it would also be nice if the VergeSource was a little more constant in its uptime. I can't tell you the times where I wanted to show my friends something or make a special post and the site was down, often out of technical difficulty, yeah, but sometimes like the reason we have now. Not that I take a lot of offense at the message, but it is inconveniencing, since a lot of my Verge experience comes from the VergeSource.
It is not wrong to not understand, for we are all ignorant, but neither is understanding pointless.

The Verge-net, while a bit barren, stays up a lot and does keep track of Verge and Ika news pretty well. If we uploaded tons of software there we'd have a stable place to go besides Vergesource, which likes, uh...crashing every few days for updates or whatever :) So, uhm, somebody upload...a certain someone in particular who has a list of tons of Verge games...:)
