There's a cool online XMen vs. Streetfighter game. It runs inside your browser with Shockwave, and it's fast and smooth like the arcade. Every arcade move is in there, but Ryu's the only playable character now. But the fun thing about it is that you get to challenge other players in realtime, and they always have tournaments and stuff(Everything is free). Here's the url:
