Can't connect to SVN

I was trying to connect to check the Maped3 portability to Mono, but I can't update...
Is it working? I can connect, but when I try to update, it gives me an error 403 (forbidden)

I'm using TortoiseSVN 1.3.5 (stable) on WinXP SP2, server http://svn.choosetheforce.com/repos/verge , user anonymous, pass anonymous

Indeed it is broken. If you'd like to get a copy of it go to www.kkmfg.com/adderd/Verge_Rev115.zip

I'm hosting that file so that people can get a copy of the SVN code whilst McGrue sets up another SVN server.
