1. vc manipulation of parallax
2. vc variable storing the current map's path and filename (path relative to the current verge root dir, of course.)

These are implemented in my local version.

1. layer.parallaxx[0] and layer.parallaxy[0]. Read and write.
2. curmap.path (includes filename) Read only.

Suggestions welcome.
