rpgking	I didn't mention this yesterday afternoon when I uploaded it because I was busy with the compo. But anyway, I've uploaded my Balloon Fight clone called Balloon Ninjas. It's pretty much a complete game... Here it is. Posted on 2004-04-12 14:50:40
Mythril	It's so hard to turn! I have to flap to change direction, and that makes the guy go up too, so I can't just fall in another direction. But it's a neat game. :) Posted on 2004-04-12 18:46:08
rpgking	That's how it was in balloon fight. You couldn't just change direction any time in the air. You had to flap to change direction. BTW, the player reaches his max horizontal speed fairly quickly, so you don't have to flap for too long. And it's best to use Enter/B1/Continuous flap :P The manual flapping(Spacebar/B2) is useful sometimes, but it's not really necessary and it's much harder to change direction with it ;) Posted on 2004-04-12 19:53:55 (last edited on 2004-04-12 20:33:58)
Mythril	Yeah, I didn't read the manual, so I didn't know that I could use enter to fly. And it's kind of hard to use the enter key while using the arrow keys on the laptop (I have to put one hand over the other hand, almost.) I'll play it more later! :D Posted on 2004-04-12 21:13:24
