How are you trying to get the sprite sheet into maped?

Posted on 2011-05-15 15:07:46

hello

not into maped.......i want to to use chrmak to create the chr file for the player entity the same way it's shown in the chrmak tutorial and then use entityspawn()to get it on the map..........but in the parent png file of the sprite sheet, the sprite pics aren't split into 16x32 frames as it is done in your sally's chronicles tutorial files.so i can't get that sample code in the chrmak tutorial to work as it does for ,say ,"darin.png". you may visit this url to look at the sprite sheets i am trying to use:-
http://sdb.drshnaps.com/game.php?game=1739
(also..this is the first time i am programming(or trying to) graphics based games: all my previous xp is with text-based ones.so can u pls try to be not too technical?)
