Hello. I am developing a new RPG using Verge. I will probably host the demo on Rapidshare or something once the demo is complete (will probably be several months), but what is a good free website to host my game website on?

Overkill

Don't host games with Rapidshare, because Rapidshare is putrid poo, requiring waiting lists, illegible turing tests, and multi-tiered downloading speeds. Just host things on verge-rpg's file section. As for your question, I'm not exactly sure where a good free host is, though it's sort of likely that if your project proves interesting enough, someone could probably get you a verge-rpg.com subdomain.

Also, if you plan to open source your project then SourceForge could be a good place to go. They've got a decent amount of bandwidth and are good for OSS. I've not had bad luck in accessing projects hosted there but I've never hosted a project there myself.

Code

I did a quick search on Google and came up with http://www.free-webhosts.com/free-web-hosting.php.

I think 110mb looks like a good bet. You don't find too many free web hosts that support Ruby on Rails.

I have a website now. It is in its early stages at this moment. I will add the game info for Kardashev Unus soon. But don't expect many more screenshots or a demo soon. http://incandescent.bravehost.com/

Ben McGraw's lovingly crafted this website from scratch for years.
It's a lot prettier this go around because of Jon Wofford.
Verge-rpg.com is a member of the lunarnet irc network, and would like to take this opportunity to remind you that regardless how babies taste, it is wrong to eat them.
