As for Mexico, it's birthday isn't until September 16, (They call it Diez y Seis) the day they lanched the War of Independance against Spain.
Cinco de Mayo celebrates the Battle of Puebla, where 4000 Mexicans beat the crap out of 8000 Mexican traitors and French soldiers.
However, we (Americans) needed a holiday in May, not September, so we all celebrate Cinco de Mayo.
Now go and drink heavily, to make up for all you just learned.

Chicken Tenders are the absolute best form a chicken can be in. Before they're beheading, chickens pray to the farmer that they may also become a chicken tender and thus fulfill their full potential.
Diet Coke, on the other hand, is nasty and a travesty.
