I am getting very close to releasing a demo of Phobos Project. I have 6 more maps (5 of which will use one tileset and the other will use a tileset I've already made, so it shouldn't take too long to do.), 2 more items, 2 more spells, and 4 more enemy types.

The demo is going to cover exactly the same story material that the previous v2.6 version covered (under the previous title of 'Vortex'). The main differences will be:

- 640x480 resolution with all the graphics fully redone (except one image; can you find it?)

- a battle system that much more closely resembles the 'real-time turn-based' amalgamation used in Final Fantasy games where you can be attacked or other characters can attack while you are selecting things in the menus.

- The rate of encounters with monsters now follows more of a bell curve rather than the previous model which made you often take 1 step between battles or sometimes clear an entire screen without one.

Possible release before Christmas.
