It didn't look like there was a maped bug thread (if I'm wrong, feel free to append this to the existing one).

There's some weirdness involving dragging entities around the map when you have more than one entity, but it's easily avoided. The main reason I made this thread was to point out two minor animation problems:

-- Only "forward" animations appear onscreen in maped when the Animate option is turned on. The others appear as blank tiles.

-- The "random" and "ping-pong" animation orders are backwards in the animation editor. That is to say, selecting random gives you ping-pong and selecting ping-pong gives you random.

-- You can't delete animations. Though, uh, this is probably not a bug as much as a not-yet-implemented thing.

Look to the post immediatly above this one. ;)

[assuming, of course, that you're looking at the listing when it's at the pole position. Man, do you remember the Pole Position cartoon? I liked that cartoon, because it was like animated Knight Rider x2!!!]

...shut up!

Uhm ok, so far my forum participation is making me look awfully unobservant. I'll refrain from posting it to that thread also, though if someone feels like posting it there for me and removing all evidence of this thread from existence, that would be swell.

Well no. I do remember the theme tune tho. Infact it's sitting on my desktop as an MP3 file.

Hey, uh, our old accounts got deleted, or something... Those dates don't mean anything anyway, I was part of VERGE before your date Resident, but I imagine you probably were as well.

Harr - j00 r teh noob :p

Actually, I know Eylor in an "across the 'net" sort of way. We've messed about on Verge stuff together before.

And yes, I've been messing around in Verge since Verge 1. The first thing I ever remember doing was changing the CHR when a character entered a water tile to a version of the character that looked like it was half submerged. I was so proud. *Sniff*

Doesn't time fly?

Ben McGraw's lovingly crafted this website from scratch for years.
It's a lot prettier this go around because of Jon Wofford.
