Having just finished Diver Down myself, I feel obligated to post here. ^_^
Grenideer...get the plot down on paper, flesh it out into a narrative, and mail it to half a dozen publishers. At least one of them will tell you it's "promising"(or better), and send it back for more revisions. Fix it up, send it back, get it published, and be really happy every time your royalties come in. I'm serious. It's that good.
The music was well-chosen, and my particular favorite I can only describe as "Drek's theme". It plays at the beginning of Act 1, and when Drek activates the field man's "screamer" in Act 2. You know the one. Where's it from, and where can I download it? ;-)

Off memory I think that's forgoten.xm, titled 'Lost, but not Forgotten,' and might be by Tarantula. All the mods in the game are listed in the credits readme file with their author listing.
I wanted to have a jukebox feature and others when you beat the game that would allow you to check em all out and read info about them, but it wasn't worth it. You can probably download the game from modarchive, or if it's by tarantula, from his site (i link to it in the readme).

I sent an email to you but I'll post here too just to be sure. On the second level of the Cruxen mines Drek is supposed to find a metal rail and two wooden ruts to continue. I found the rail and a rut but I don't know where the third one is.
