I second the request for "earth_shattering_kaboom()". There's SUPPOSED to be an earth_shattering_kaboom();.

I don't really like the cousins all that much; they're loud, crass, and they often come visit in the middle of the night.
As opposed to the regular clams, who are polite, well mannered, and visit you while you are awake?
This discussion has become most interesting, but I hope we are not scaring off any newbies.

Eh, those functions aren't so bad. To my knowledge I wrote the most mind-boggling and awe-inspringly bad VC function to appear in a released game.
Look at this and tell me there's a god. I needlessly coded an entire battle system in one function, in notepad. Guess which game this is from and you win.

wow. i guess it's good that it won't be making alot of function calls, passing parameters and whatnot. i made my entire main game routine that way, and it's a whopper :]
